How It Works

Define your signing templates

Set these up once, and use them over and over. They define an introduction, signing instructions and optionally, a data-capture form. Choose the appropriate signing template for any document you send for signing.

Pack your envelope with documents

Add your documents to an envelope, and select which signing template to use for each. Add your signers, and choose which signers should sign which documents, and optionally complete any data-capture form.

Wait for the completed envelope to be returned

Signed documents will be returned to you by email, and the whole envelope can be downloaded from SignatureMarvel. You can "Nag" slow signers from the signing history screen.

Why Choose SignatureMarvel?

Simple setup

SignatureMarvel is designed to make things simpler, not more difficult. Setup takes a few minutes.

Capture more than a signature

Each signing template optionally allows you to define a data-capture form. This can capture single-line free text, multi-line free text, dates, whole numbers, decimal numbers, checkboxes and drop-down list selections. You can make these items "required" if you want to force the signer to give you an answer. When you select a Signing Template with a form for a document, you can choose which (if any) signers should complete it.

Drawn or typed signatures

When signing each document the signer is offered a signature box where they can draw their signature. They can also type their name, and their signature will be drawn for them.

Flexible signing requirements

After adding your documents and signers to your envelope, you can choose which signers are required to sign which documents, and optionally which signers are required to complete any applicable data-capture forms. For example, you may want the form completed only by the first signer.

Far less expensive than post

Postage is very expensive, and pretty unreliable. We only charge for fully signed envelopes. Expired, unsigned, cancelled or rejected envelopes don't cost you anything. Delivery is reliable, and you can track the signing status of each document in each envelope.

Secure cloud storage

We only keep your envelopes for a short period, long enough for you to get them signed, and to store the documents back into your CMS. But while we have your documents, we store them encrypted and backed up in secure cloud storage.

Verify authenticity

The authenticity of your documents can be verified with SignatureMarvel. Simply upload your document to confirm that it hasn't been altered or tampered with since it was signed, and that the document hasn't been forged.

Locked-down PDF output

Signed documents are retured as locked-down, tamper-proof PDF files which cannot be altered.

No Contract

SignatureMarvel is pay-as-you-go. We don't tie you into long-term contracts. Pay for what you use, with no monthly subscription fees or minimum spend.

Full signing log

As well as the signatures and data-capture forms, each signed document is appended with a full signing activity log, showing the activity on the envelope and document from creation to final signature.

Some documents legally require a wet signature, and you have no choice other than to use the post. But many documents can be e-signed. Start working smart, not hard.
